Case Study: Up and Over Timber Garage Door
The door below is just one of the installations that we have completed for Francis Jackson this summer. They were looking for a durable, elegant and classic design that would not only look beautiful but also their quality compared to the house build.
Our team at TGDC suggested the Garador Vertical RF Cedar Door, an up-and-over door constructed from solid red cedar. The door was made from premium quality timber, which provides both strength and a sophisticated, natural finish.
This simply stunning job was manufactured with solid red cedar timber, and was flawlessly finished with Light Oak stain, providing a long – lasting and weatherproof coating. The installation also featured 16’ x 7’ Terra Brown Frame that was also factory-finished, perfectly matching the door panels.
The door was expertly fitted along with a Hormann Supramatic E series 4 Bisecur, compatible with Bluetooth operation should this be required, along with internal manual release and two handsets as standard.
This project demonstrates the perfect balance between form and function, showcasing the enduring beauty of a timber door that is both elegant and practical. The Garador Vertical RF Cedar Door not only enhanced the kerb appeal but also provided a durable and secure solution that will last a lifetime with regular care.
